Even as someone who has been regularly meal prepping for years now, I still find myself in a rut every now and then where I just can’t think of what I want to prep for the week. Sometimes I’m just completely stumped, other times every idea that comes to mind just doesn’t sound right. I find this to be a good thing though – because it forces me to step back and re-energize my creative juices and try some new recipes, flavor combinations, spices, and/or cooking techniques and helps me build my meal prep toolbox. 🙂
